IMO that's a good thing...I reckon classes should be weighted so that you'd WANT to spec 50 in their 'signature' ability as a matter of course.

Imo all skalds that complain about their class should try playing thane for one day, stand at mtk 24h without getting anything else then gimpnaabgrps and u say skalds suck rofl ;). All skalds should whine at vnboards for thane love IMO. Skalds are a needed class in rvr and any naab skald can play speedsong so getting grps aint to hard. Skalds should be happy with they got and not whine so they get upped owerpowered and nerfed to the ground. You see if skalds would get increased melee dmg like someone in this thread wanted it would plain sux imo, roll savage or somthing.

I have played a thane, Duact. :) I then started a skald as an alt, but liked it more.
It is easier for us to get a group, as long as that group don't have a skald, which is fine.
Lots of classes you really don't need more than 1 of for a group.
Thanes definately need love more than skalds, but just because they do,
that is no reason for not wanting a few minor improvements to your own class.

Quote from something the druid TL wrote:
There are not going to be any more “Ream Love” patches. Mythic is using TLs and their own data to figure out which classes are in most need of help and focusing on them. Not every class will have changes every patch. That doesn’t mean your class will not get bug fixes and possibly minor tweeks though, just because it is not your class’s patch. Based on the feedback in the last couple TL reports, it would seem that Thanes, Skalds and Theurgists are on the top of the list for 1.65.

Let's wait and see what happens. We may both get something. ;)
