REFS???

Who are they.. shall they be used every war or what? I would like a posting that tells me the function of refs and when they are to be used etc. etc.

Ok speaking as a ref,

we can make sure a game runs as smoothly as possible

1)making sure that the teams are equal for the start of a game
2)Making sure that if any lamers try to wreck games by walking in that they are kicked without casuing hassle.
3)maknig sure no one cheats etc by saying the score was anything different than what it was
4)change maps if needed
5)change friendly fire on/off if needed

Refs need not be used for every match but will always be available and if necessary can be asked to enter a game.
We are hoping to also have refs in IRC
