rar problem

This is my problem, i got a rar file from a friend.
And when i unrar it get header is corrupt error thing.
I wonder is it possible to jump over the file that the error appears at?

Its same error at my friends place.
And not possible to redownload it either.

Or anyone know another forum that might know any nice sollution to this problem? Repair thing dont work either so u know.

can you not open it in winrar and just select all bar the broken file to extract?

Or if you dont know which file it is go through them 1 by 1
