omg this game man. it's now refusing to run full screen, even though it DID for most of yesterday and today. it starts windowed, will not ALT-ENTER, will not maximize, and crashes when you use the game menu to set it to full screen.

I googled some tricks, and adding -fullscreen to the steam startup options does nothing and setting the GFXSettings to be fullscreen at the correct rez, and then write-protecting the fucking file (because that's a thing it seems) also does nothing. what a load of shite.

Home. Pissed off to Google Mexico bug and discover late last summer most all inc Thomson hotels on Mayan Peninsula and Cancun had a big outbreak of Cyclopspora. 100s of sick people. Wouldn't have gone if I'd known. Wondered why they were overkeen with the antiseptic wash!

Definitely. A rule of thumb is always to drink bottled water that seem legit and stay the hell away from ice-cream of any sorts. Also, be cautious of 'fresh' salad.

ALSO, don't always trust the hotel (in this case, all inclusive type) dinner/lunch buffet.

I too suffer from Old Gamer Syndrome. I honestly can't remember the last game I finished to completion. The novelty of any new game wears off so fast for me nowadays, I really have seen it all before.

I just finished Firewatch. It's all story-driven and exploration, no action or anything, but the dialogue is funny, the mystery is good and the scenery is actually beautiful.

I'm suspicious of the glass washing. I usually have a straw with a cocktail whereas he drinks out of a glass, wine or beer. Anyway I've dosed him with a strong antibiotic that I had 'in case' for my last trip to Egypt!!!
