Never really had an issue with Windows 10. Mac OS now, Jesus is that shite. I was trying to fix a friend's DVD rendering problem. That dock thing is a pile of shite, you can't see what's actually open or running on it. And who thought it'd be a good idea for the bar at the top to change focus depending on what programme was highlighted?

Unfortunately in this case it is not. MS admitted it's their issue. A year and a half ago. To date it's been fixed once in the fast insider track and then broken again immediately . gg wp. Ofc it's quite obscure or I wouldn't be making such a song and dance about it.

It's the insidious forcing of parameters on win10 users that totally pisses me off.
Forced updates with forced changes to procedures, the OS belongs to microshite.
Few updates ago they forced a sign in screen with forced wallpapers, delved into settings to remove wallpaper..it reappeared a few hours later with a pop up screen offering me more images...you have to have an antivirus running, try to shut it down and the OS will crash.
This is a slow march towards corporate governance of humanity, we need to reject it now or within ten years your OS will require a multitude of certificates of your suitability to use it...and of course a monthly fee.

Who forces you to use Windows? There are plenty of other OS around you could use. Some are even free and, if you're not a total dipshit, user friendly

Microsoft. Just had my laptop updated to Windows 10, and am trying to download Office 2016, every time I go to the Office.com website to download, I get the message "This site requires the use of scripts, which your browser does not currently allow. See how to enable scripts".

Only issue is, Javascript is enabled, on all 4 browsers I have tried it on. SO am stuck with Office 2007 for now, which nothing works with.
