Resolved Problem posting in Firefox

I got firefox 8 running and it doesnt seem to want to post to the forums with it.

I click reply and add me text and all and hit reply and it does nothing

I go into IE where i am at the moment and everything works fine

Guess something borke between my upgrade to ff8 and your upgrade to new xeno

Any suggestions cause its a pita having to open IE every time i wanna post...

Or is this just a conspriacy to stop me posting and you all hate meh irl

Works fine.

Uninstall your add on's one by one and test again after each one.

I am using FF8 at work and home, Windows and Mac OSX with no problems.

Confirmed. This is also a FH issue as it doesn't happen on my boards or on Xenforo.com. It's not a firefox issue.


As a temporary workaround use the default style.

Over Christmas I need to update the XenFracture framework, that may include fixes.

This appears to still be a problem with the release version of Firefox 9.0.1 as Mycenae now can't post from Firefox nor private message. I'm on Firefox 8 which is still ok.

It's not firefox Vae, it's the style. As a workaround use "FreddysHouse (XF)" and the box will come back.

Same happening on my netbook. Not touching this one in terms of upgrades until someone tells me my homepage can be viewed safely in green

I'll created a new style yesterday but unfortunately have not had time to finish it off, hopefully I can migrate the colours etc across to it tonight.

Green should be ok now.... Although the issue lies with FF 9.01 and how it parses javascript. Many issues reported about this it seems.
