You don't want to spend much money on someone.

Person in question is male, rich and old but still think they are cool (in fact they probably are). The present has no limits i.e can be risque.

Any suggestions?

Correct and some very hetrosexual friends have hawaiin shirt clubbing nights ^^ (usually in the summer tho).
