PLEASE HELP (at my wits end)

Ok up until 2 weeks ago i could play daoc with no problems wotsoever but now its a totally different story. When i log on instantly the lag meter middle dot goes yellow/red and stays like it until i go linkdead. It is like this every time i log on and generally i dont last longer than 2 minutes b4 i go ld.

I have emailed for help via rightnow and they say sumthing about hardware checksum but i cannot find it via

start menu>control panel>system>hardware>then click the + for the network card >then right click card and select properties but i cannot see it there.

I was just wondering if any1 can help or have got any ideas as to what might be the problem

my setup atm is this

AMD Athalon XP 3000
1.5gb DDR 400 Ram
120gb hdd
Nvidia GForce FX 5600
2mb Internet

as i said i havent changed nothing at all and now i cant play the game please help if you can.

Might be something else stuffing your connection up tbh.

try hijackthis/spybot/antivirus of some sort etc. See if anything is running in the background stuffing it up.
