more memory pfff

Yeah so i wanna get some more ram for me pc cos 512mb just doesnt cut it atm.
only problem is i dunno which to get. pretty simple really u might think....
check invoice... pc3200 ddr 400mhz, ok then i think
google for it. find 2 main sites... some offering it another 512mb of pc3200 ddr 400mhz for 100quid another doing it for 50quid.... so this confuses hell out of me... they are different makes etc so i ask me dad (hes pc guy kinda sorta ) he says to look on the actual memory...
ok so it says nothing cept hymarix or summat i guess the make. pc3200 ddr 400mhz on it... nothing else.... so now i have no idea wtf im meanna get.

512mb geil value ram would do that pc fine.

They are different prices because of the timings and fsb levels they can hit for overclocking i believe, like my crucial ballistix 4000 hit 250 at 1T-2.5-3-3-7 stable whereas ocz ram hits 290fsb sometimes and 2-2-7 timings...which means the cpu when overclocked can get higher mhz.Now i will not explain more because it will probably confuse you a lot but the ram above should be fine i reckon, see what others say.

Dead bloody right it is. Find out wotever memory you bought and worked. Log onto my site and buy the same (not allowed to show site link now).
