LAN cafes

Which there was more call for them around the country. only famous ones are in bristol and London. any chance of a hand in Chester? or is it because liscence, computers, software, furbishment etc. are too expensive compared to every other country in the world?

Broadband = death of the LAN cafe

However, I guess people still want to meet and play sometimes.

Ahhh - you need to hassle BT/NTL/Telewest

BT 'extended reach' has made it to the midst of the New Forest.. it may not be awesome compared to some locations but it's still 10 times faster than Mo Modem

Best bet is to check the postcode thingy on btopenworld.com. Crazy thing is it works out quite cheap, especially if u upgrade from a BT ISP deal like anytime. To make it work the engineer re-wired my entire house (V.impressed - got 2 extra phone connex now )
