The latest in the highly popular i-series of LAN parties from Multiplay UK is set to play host to over 1000 players at the end of March, barely 8 weeks away. Being held over 29th March-1st April at Newbury Racecourse, this event will see gamers from all over the UK, Europe and beyond battling it out on a superfast LAN for up to 81 hours. This is assuming they can all stay up that long of course

In addition to the usual big tournaments for the most popular games (such as Counterstrike, Quake 3, TFC, AvP2, etc.), our 4 day events feature fun Sunday tournaments for other games that don't always get a lookin at LAN tournaments, such as Starcraft, Day of Defeat, MidTown Madness, Q3 Proball, etc.
i10 will also be the first major demonstration of the Xbox as a network gaming platform in Europe (if not the world). A large Xbox presence will include the Xbox Xperience demonstration area, kitted out with 8 networked Xboxes and 50 inch plasma screens. This will be open to both the attendees at the event and the general public, and is sure to draw a lot of attention. The game of choice for i10 will be Halo, where you will be able to battle with up to 15 other players over the linked Xbox consoles.
