Help me im stuck and /stuck wont fix the problem

Im stuck in the vale of mularn zone border char is Joeanne on midgard/prydwen. tried stuck but it wont work

nice to see a speady response, 5 hours later and its still not sorted, gee thanks, thats 5 hours of xp`n gone thanks to a stupid bug

Try using RightNow, stuck character problems aren't generally fixed due to forum posts. Also people in the past have lost up to 72 hours gametime for stuck chars so don't hold your breath.

You have to use RightNow to report stuck characters. Barrysworld is not a reporting tool for GOA.

I've had 2 stuck characters, and both have been released within 24 working hours.

As both were stuck on a friday evening, this took until monday to sort out. In the meantime, I just played one of my alts.

72 hours compensation would be worth about 60 pence

well 12 hours later and still nothing resolved wonder how long the us customer services would have taken ? ohh yeah forgot they have actual ingame help :/

There I was just starting the next part of my epic, brings a whole new meaning to the word epic

Gees, they could at least have a die command, or a monstey down there that would just KILL ME so I could release

i was stuck under camelot for 3 days.. finaly i found out a way not to get interupted when using stuck or sit, (got teleported back to this one spot every 5 sec or so) i took screenshots while i was waiting out the /stuck time... worked well, didnt get interupted.

Problem is /Stuck works ok for me ...

... and takes me back to Under Mularn !

thing that annoys me most is i actually spoke to kemor last night on gorre and told him about the problem, nice to see he`s taken action to resolve the problem, as it stands my main char on midgard is now unplayable, gee thanks

finally im no longer stuck only taken 39 hours to reply, but as they say better late than never
