what are the chances of anyone playing this game on a public BW server ever again?

I cant answer that m8 because I honestly dont know
I've tried sitting in a server hoping people will join but the truth is:
I dont think BW has a good face in the JK2 community at the moment. The pay to play thing has had the opposite effect to what BW was hoping for, because people can just play in a public else where thats already busy. They wont enter an empty server (nor can you blame them), they join a multiplayer server so they can play against other people.

personally i find the jolt servers full of idiots and idlers and the gamesdomain servers will be gone very soon. i assume BY servers are the same. personally i think its best to get some games organised via the forums instead of hanging about on a server. regular organised games or mini tournaments organised for subscribers are the way to go for the time being, whether they be organised offically by BW or done just for fun.
i would be willing to organise a mini tourney for subscribers only on sub servers if there are actually enough people signed up who play jk2. personally i'm trying to get GD people to sign up to BW so once GD go maybe a few more people will be joining in.
stick yer names here if you actually play jk2 and want to play in some organised games...

oh and whoever the liason is (or if bazerka or natrat etc are watching). even thou no ones on the jk2 servers atm they should be kept up to date (i.e. at least have vadin admin mod on em to fix the bugs). i havn't checked the server list recently so apologies if they are indeed updated from the vanilla set originally done.

Dont nessessarily agree with all the BW are the best woooh! stuff in the email and I really think its BWs problem, not ours (some people have a hard time remembering they get paid bugger all )
Either way I still think it'd be a boast for the sub in the BWJK2L community to get some practice on the BWJK2L config server I like but it unfortuantely now firewalled off from 99% of JK2 players
