I'm on name select screen now but cant go further, american servers high /full and europes all low; and TwitchTV american streamers are online

crazy but when you do get in-game theres 0 lag, been in a mass zerg in starter area; abilities firing off nicely.

I read somewhere they are letting people log in, in stages so the ppl that get in move from the starting area. But if it is the case then its kind of good and bad as getting exp'ing by exploring means looking for 19 places / 6 vistas in 1 small map etc which takes a while; then you have the pve quests and random DE's + story to do.

Either way its been really good since I've got in, 2 hours no problems.

the overflow is when there's too many people in 1 map isnt ? so they have an overflow map that ppl can play/wait on. Not like an overflow server for each server ? I dunno I just crashed when getting breakfast

I had same had to download beta nvidia drivers - latest up there today. Worked after I installed those.

Manged to get in, make char and level up to 9 then bam, some fuckabout error about my password ?!?!? and now can't login back
Oh well will wait a bit i guess, prolly millions of morons bashing login servers xD

Got a black screen when i selected my character had to shut down the game now can't log on, so far the launch is a fat fail they clearly can't cope with the amount of players who bought their fucking game.

They clearly got problems with Login Servers, that might be explainable cause of the payload. Can't get why on earth tho, they double check Login Servers at start and when you do select char to play lol.

Guys some servers is shown as "full" to help out the overflow of people joining in. Just be patient, Far Shiverpeaks should not be full anylonger as I've had some members that just joined in

For now you can transfer for free. Login, then on Character Selection (creation) click the 'World Selection' button bottom-left, click the destination server in the list and hit 'Transfer'. Eventually this will cost Gems (can be bought either with real money or game gold), the amount depending on destination server population. This will not change before 'Guesting' (Temporary transfer to another World to play with a friend there) is in the game, which it isn't currently.

Note there's a cooldown with respect to WvW play after transferring, to stop people just deciding to hop on a winning World.
