Golf League/ladder

I'm wanting to start a golf league in the Jippii.co.uk Golf room and i'm looking for players and and people who might be interested in setting up a league.

The game itself is very addictive (go and have a couple of games of multiplayer golf on the site to see what I mean) and I want the league to be like a ladder system (a bit like the existing one that they have for the Pool room), where we can also have tournaments and stuff.

Anyway if any of you have any experience of theses sorts of leagues/ladders of you just fancy playing in one then please reply to this thread.

I've been told that these leagues can grow in know time so please post if u wann give it a go.

not quite true. there was a mild dos that 99.8% of the world didn't even notice. it could have been done a lot better imo. not that any sane person would want to. it's counter intuitive to shut down the very thing you use on a daily basis. like wwIII. still, there's a perverse logic to it: stop the war; kill the world. ahem.

Personally I think it would be more satisfying sticking a large quantity of PE in my local BT exchange.... that big kapow just really would be much cooler than........ wahooo i brought down a server from a faceless corporation!

sure thing. blow it to heck. then tell your friends how leet you are. as soon as they realise that they won't be able to dl their daily pr0n odds are they'll beat you to a bloody mush ;)
cuts both ways leetness does ;)

ah, but that's extra conditioning. I'd say standard brown, some kidneybeans, shedloads of chilis, mince, ickle bits of crispy bacon, some onions and garlic, fresh french bread and salad.

or a nice mixed kebab on chips :D Esperanto's on the Lisburn Road (Belfast) rocks for kebabs...
(i cant remember if it is called esperantos or not, i know its near the old maplin store but normally too wasted to remember its name :eek6: )

I have no idea about amounts. I make it up as I go along.

Fry a load of onions in a frying pan in a little veg oil. At the same time fry a load of mince in a HUGE saucepan (it wil provide it's own fat, just stir often). When the onions are brown add them to the mince. Add a load of chopped mushrooms and chopped green chillis (with seeds) into the frying pan for a short while then add to the saucepan. Now add a load of chopped tomatoes to the saucepan and stir well. If it's not reasonably runny add a little water, we'll boil it off later anyway. Bring to the boil then start it simmering. Meanwhile fry off a load of chopped bacon in the frying pan. Add it to the saucepan when it's slightly crisp. Add a load of kidney beans to the saucepan (tinned is easiest.) Add some crushed garlic too. Add some paprika until you can taste it. Add a load of ground cumin or crush your own if you're posh. Keep adding it. You cannot have too much cumin. If it's nit hot enough try adding somne more chopped chillis. Never add chilli powder. It's shit.

Leave pan on low heat for about 2 hours until it's well thick.

Serve with boiled rice and ice cold lager.

Feel well fat.

Force the girfriend out of bed with disgusting farts all night.
