Agreed.. it's the only game from that bundle that I keep playing... I wanted to hate it but it's so damn addictive.

They might have an all clause on it anyway, where it doesn't matter hwo things happened, just that "modify->ban" etc with monkeys dishing out the bans. With something as big as origin(while no steam), it's probable there's no case by case situation.

And what a developer of the game says doesn't really matter when the banhammer is in the hands of the publisher

In any case; if it's too good to be true and all that, just wait for release.
