If taken in moderation. I have a very active and balanced life.

Never really been excited by exploding sticks to be honest. Saw Jean Michel Jarre at Docklands years ago and Paris Bastille day (actually also ages ago) and they were impressive but then it was all well co-ordinated and the huge lasers that went with it were fantastic.
Bonfire night just pisses me off now, don't consider myself a kiljoy but don't see the novelty of it. The fact that most kids call it 'Firework night' is typical aswell, they just want to have rocket fights in the park and throw bangers at peoples windows and passing cars.
