ARMA 3 - anyone play?

I have been devouring YouTube content containing ARMA3

And I gotta say this really appeals to me. Especially playing CAS (Helo / Jet)

Does anyone have any experience with ARMA 3?

Do I need specific mods or doc fir example.


What would be the best way to get involved?

It's quite hardcore in Arma scale, but we don't call each other sir and shit, just team work and cooperation. It's also PvP - not sure if you wanted more PvE stuff!

We've also had a massive amount of publicity after the two above videos, as a result we have had lots of new players, going from 30 players to having 140 across the 2 70 man servers

This is good for you, since it means we have lots and lots of noobs, so the learning curve will be easier.

Give us a shout on Steam if you want anymore information, if you're brand new to the game, I can go through some of the Apex missions with you (They're pretty fun and teach you basic stuff about the game)

Not sure I am looking for pvp just yet. And the infantry side of things doesn't really interest me either.

But the offer of help is very welcome. If / when I can afford to buy it I'll certainly give you a shout out.
