there is only one way to force em to upgrade...... all ppl and i mean ALL ppl from all 3 realms... no matterwhat lvl u are... come emain and zerg the place or even better.. dont kill just runn arround fooling........ 3x uberzergs will surely crash emain ... adn then do it over and over....

Zonecrashes due to overcrowding is not a hardware problem but a software problem.
So blame Mythic instead if Goa.
