Just wanted know if anyone know, where one can lay his filthy hands on this RvR movie?

In case he/she made more than one, its the one with the Cantoma - Marisi song in the beginning, which is an ace song btw, made me buy the album

Just remembered that the RvR movie in question is called "Solo on Speed" or in short the confusing name SoS ( in regards to that Zoia is a Skald

Those first links are where i got it hosted first, but i don't have an account there anymore.

The 2nd link is where Aloca had all his DAoC vids, but after he quit it's no longer up.

Don't know where you can get it now, unless someone has it somewhere.
I don't have anywhere to host it either. :\

Why?

Just cause people feel the need to make their e-peen grow by making movies doesn't mean everybody feels that need.

It's a nice movie but I don't see why it's special

I saw a good Skald movie a while back where the skald actually uses all the abilities he has (like his root/snare to keep distance between him and targets while his shouts come back up) ... didn't see that in this movie... he could have done that and then waited for First aid would have won him a couple of fights he now lost or only barely won...

Mealstrom does Camelot made me cry .. so much skill in that group enormously tough to take them down... that movie impressed me a lot ... I'm just saying this one didn't.

Why not download videolan player while your at it. A much nicer player, with lots of codecs built in a a good logging capability that tells you exactly whats wrong when it can't play a vid

if by that u mean that she acually dares to show her dying while still taking down most of the grp shes fighting then yeah. its a crap movie..

u should go back and drool over ur assist train movies wich have even less skills involved then a solo skald taking on 3 or 4+ ppl at the same time.. :touch:

I didn't make the video to impress people. I made it to show how i play my skald and to hopefully show some of the more entertaining fights i had recorded.
Not just fights where i kill everyone and never die.
I don't mind showing fights where i die, as long as i think the fight is good and i put up a good fight.
I wanted to show some close fights so people would never know if i would live or die. Not like most of those wtfpwn vids where they kill everything.

You mentioned root/snare(skalds don't have root, but i know what you ment

) in your other post, but most of the fights in this vid is against stealthers.
If i snare and run to use FA, they will most likely restealth.
Maybe you didn't notice, but i did try to use it a few times, but it's not that easy whith a dot/bleed on you.

Yes, i also fumble with end pots, as you can see in that fight vs the ranger, as well as several other mistakes.
I often do that, so why not include the fights where i make some mistakes?

This vid is getting rather old now, but some people wanted to see it.
If i ever make another one, maybe i'll include some serious kiting just for you!
Although kiting isn't really my playstyle. Takes too long and i want to kill and get away as fast as possible.

no please dont!!!! i was acually enjoying this vid because it was acually fun to see. wtfpwn /assist vids are only fun for about 2 minutes, then i usually fall asleep >.<

make more suicidal solo movies where "skill" (in whatever form u wanna use that word) acually matters
