The mobs come in waves, getting harder and harder each time, the final mob is the boss. The trick is to make a tank heavy group, as we found casters find it harder to hit as the waves of mobs get more difficult.
Use your strongest tank (eg an arms) to start the encounter as if that person dies the encounter is over. Keep him targetting and healed at all costs.
Finally when the mobs are inc you will have a small period of time to look at there names. Target the mobs with names like "herbalist", "rejuvinator", and "mender" as they are the healers and killing them first will make the fight so much easier.
1 group can do it, but it's easy with two, like rub said just drum up a zerg as plenty of people will no doubt need this encounter.
