i mean does it lower his shield to zero?
that would be some awesome dmg

it doens't lower your af to 0, unless you only have 100 or less AF ofc.

It says Value: 100 not 100%

so if u got 600 af, and someone uses this weapon on you and the sword proc, you will drop to 500 af for the duration of the proc.

Problem is it dont proc much use it 1 handed on my SB

when it procs its devastating but its like 1 in 40 hits

its not 100. Its 100base*xx%>100AF. It has to do with the type of armor it debuffs...the heavier armor...the more the debuff.
Procs ok i guess, i use it all the time. Flaming too !

Must be a different wep then. This one's not supposed to proc until R4L9. I've seen a 1h version on sale, but it's usually 2h and I seem to have read somewhere the 1h was 'corrected' to 2h.
The Hammer versions are called Squib Hammer and Squib Warhammer - same proc, same restriction on use. Dunno if there's a Spear or Axe similar.
They all drop off the Ancient Hermit in Cathal, who looks like an easy purp but morphs, then aint so easy.
