Here's some fact for zerker caps with diffrent QUI. I have found these from IGN boards and carefully copied to my comp for future use.
50 zerk 300+ str
50/50/28 60quick 1722 weap skill
cap dmgs 15axe la no quick buffed

As u see reactionaries with "max" quickness do same as low qui dblfrost which is real end hog. And parry chain has slow effect too.
My zerker got dodger 2 and yesterday with shammy&healer boofs example evaded 3/4 friars hits...friar ran back to apk quite fast, heh. Other example is evading 3-4 slam try's from back in row while banging caster down.
One point is that healer's and nukers can be interrupted much better with high qui.

weapon skill stayed at 1963 regardless of spec- heres the numbers (these are dmg caps for styles btw):
