Minor points:
In your template you have 11 quick cap but only use 6 of it. You can increase the quickness to 22 and drop spirit resist to 9 from 11. Even if you don't want that amount of quickness I would suggest dropping spirit to 9 this will allow you to increase BOTH slash and energy resists to 9%.

TOA items are far from fast to farm when that new patch hits.. people think they are but they actually turn out worse to farm due to the shitty rate you get the items you want from handing orbs in. (took me 35 orbs to get what i wanted from moirai once) its alright if you want an item from a boss that doesn't have a massive drop table or gives rogs.
