instead of fixing my shield being totaly innefective against DW they have decided to put a cap on blockrate

no matter how fecking unimportant this seems its a totaly uncalled action and does the exact opposite of what shieldusers have been praying for for almost 3 years

imo its almost as shitty as the famous sb response in grabbag

It won't be noticed by large and medium shield wearers, it's aimed at small shields coupled with 400+ dex and high mob being too effective.

To address an issue where some shield users (utilizing high shield spec and high levels of Mastery of Blocking), were able to block 100% of the time, the chance to block has been modified to be capped based on the size of the shield and the number of attackers the shield is designed to block. Please note that this cap is very high and will have minimal to no effect on the majority of shield users.

So like been said, shouldn´t be noticable.

i know it wont affect my warrior much

BUT if a warrior is willing to use mob5 to get his blocking up for PVE he should get the chance to do so.

U might notice that in patch they talk about bringing blockrates close to 100%

In mid only thanes/warrior can do this with speccing max shield/max dex/max MOBlock5/augdex5 and cap dex +25

they arent talking about healers/shammys because they arent able to bring their blocking that high

now as this change in itself isnt so bad, they only hurt tanks who spec for PVE invulnerability, but that is besides the point.

Im pissed of because I feel this as a slap in da face.

i'm not on angrymode again, gamewise(pve) this prolly is a logic decision, but...

as i said do somethin about my shield being innefective against DW and do not nerf somethin u created urself and wich players can only achief by rvr-gimping their char so it can be uber PVE

this being me explaining my reason to post.
and trying to stay objective
