Yup at first i thought it was going to be a bad move with GOA opening just the 1 PvP server but now i understand why and why the US (2) PvP servers are not holding that many. Its the way peeps just start and then go running round to PvP after seeing this on the test server me highly doubts that will be going on it and i know many more arnt bothering either. Be good to get rid of the kiddies from the other servers anyways as its really gonna be for them for all of hmm what 1 possibly 2 mths before they start making there way back due to boredom with the pvp server.

No wonder GOA are only opening the PvP server as well, as it just simply aint gonna work. Its the worst online bit of play i have ever played PERIOD out of all the games (other PvP games included) no semblance at all, just a caotic load of peeps running round trying to kill each other.

Note... If you dont start immediatelly and level fast then you aint gonna get much further than level 10 at all, not with lvl 20+ killing everything in site. Its put me off and many more from thinking of comming to Camlann. Loads will leave after a month or 2 anyways. This reason is why the US only has 2 PvP servers that are under populated. Outcome PvP for Daoc just didnt work...

Some people just don't get it. The idea isn't just to level to 5 then stand around in mag mell trying to pbaoe everyone.

It's guild versus guild. There are around 5-8 big guilds that are going to try to be the dominant force. There's English, French, German and mixed guilds all looking forward to the challenge of dominating the other countries and attempting to limit resources (good mobs and relics) from the other guilds.

The fun comes in the fights that will occur anywhere, anytime, not just in designated areas, the ganking and the organised retaliation. The fun also comes from mixing the classes, having enchanter standing alongside runemaster, from controlling areas so your noobs can level, from the freedom of taking the fight anywhere in the 3 realms.

And please don't assume that all PvP players are kids, that's an uninformed and ignorant thing to say.

If you don't want to play then fair enough, you can play where you want, just don't come on here spouting your bullshit because no one cares.

not a flame, but lets face it the age range is varried but theres probably a much higher percentage of what are classed as kids playing camelot. Plus actions speak for them selfs of most people ive seen while messing about on gore most the morons will be kids. Most adults dont jerk off while ganking a grey like some seem to on gore.

Well, all i know is that from a poll recently made on a pvp forum, 87% of the people that voted on the poll was 18 years or above. If you call that "kids", well....

nah i call it prolly lying or following the most used option. If however they are then man they aint acting their age are they. I for one wont be on camlann as i think it sucks and is pathetic. I don't wanna get to lvl 10 and then be permanently pk'ed every 10 seconds losing con having to repay and then be broke in less than 30 mins unable to do shit and unable to level.

Hell i think i will just await a new game to come out i think as its kinda starting to become boring all round. What chance have you got when some guilds can lvl up to 40+ in less than 4 days and ultimatelly kick everyones arse at a whim..

hmmm the pvp server is chaos... cant do anything wihtout gettign ganked by people, hell my eldtrich is so gimped Im getting killed by greys. and I cant even cast back cause I dont have any con

I dont think this lv based system works well in pvp, to many idiots wihtout lives who's going around killing greys just becuse they can, probably beign an effect of not having being able to pass lv 40 and thus always gettgin ganked by other people. and now feel like they are in heaven.
