Your thoughts on HP PSC750 All-in-One Printer

A guy who im upgrading his PC for, has told me that PC World are selling these Printers for just under £100 in PC World.

I was interested in this Printer many months ago, because its a Printer/Scanner/Copier all in one and it doesnt take up much room.

So, when he gets one, i may go get one after Christmas, because im still on an old Epson Colour 740, which i've had for about 4years now.

Room for the new Printer wont be a problem, because i have plenty of room in my new Extended Bedroom.

Only downfall i've heard about this Printer, is the price of the Ink cartridges, the Black Ink Cartridge from PC World is around £24, but the Colour Cartridge is like £30, doesnt sound like much but i believe these Printers eat Ink like a Horse does Straw.

Its compatible with Win98 upto XP, so i wont have a Problem, the guy im upgrading PC for tho, is on Win95, so im gonna have to see if i can get some cash to upgrade the computer to a point where it can run Win98 stable.

the one thing I have against "all in one" thingymagigs is that if one thing breaks you lose all of it. other than that, break a leg

True.. but again if it breaks and i cannot fix it, i'll just return it to PC World heh.

But then again, ive not seen any problems with these types of HP Printers, i connected one up at College when i was there (Thats when i first seen one, and *touched* one - It scared me the number of buttons they have :uhoh: )

My Bro also has the one above the Model there, he says its a good Printer
