Hmm...... after havin a few problems re installing my Graphics Card drivers after unistalling them (argh) i managed to get my old drivers back installed

yet i STILL could not play in OpenGL Mode, so, i tried Direct 3D for once, and feck me, i was playin CS and hit 99FPS!!!

So it could have been the OpenGL holding back my FPS i aint too sure, but the graphics certainly looked better than OpenGL

What GFX Card?

I find it hard to believe you're getting performance with d3d.

Super check to see if bullet decals, blood, scorch marks etc appear on the walls/floors. They all feck off when I play in Direct3d.
