you went and bought nividia *SNIGGER* concerns HL2
Well allegedly the latest news about Halflife 2 is out, and it seems that HL2 is using an anti-aliasing method that isn't supported by any graphics card (I said supported!!!!!). T
he directx 9.1 specification will include this new anti-aliasing method, so the next gen cards should be fine.
Now onto the supported issue, it seems that the radeon series (9500,9600,9700,9800 and maybe soon to be 9900), have the required hardware, but ATi will need to tweak teh catalyst drivers to enable support.
As much as I know no nvidia cards have the hardware to do this so eeeeeeeeekkkk!!
Note, any1 want to send me an old crappy 3D card better than a vodoo 3 3000 please :] AGP x2 supported
