the shop is (literally) about 5 seconds walk round the corner from where i live. kinda scary really, not sure i would go back in now. there is a tesco petrol station about 5 mins down the road though.

Near where i live there is a little town like one one in Hot Fuzz they wont let a pub open there because they don't want tourists. They go on about all the bad shit in there town coming from out side but the kids round there are the most ville little c***s around. Two off them tried pulling of something like this in a petrol station near me. Poured petrol over the pump and told the lady to empty the till or they will light it.

I might have been a evil shite when i was 14 but it never crossed my mind to set fire to a petrol station to get £200.

Nor should it cross any sane person's mind, to be fair. Even if you're willing to ruin someone's workplace/home, perhaps getting someone killed while at it, even the greediest of people should consider the consequenses for themselves, getting busted and fucked up over a few hundred euro's/pounds.
Then again, prison sentences aren't that impressive :/
