Later when ppl run on permasprint(bards etc) u need to use crippling poison as well, a simple /stick wont matter, or you could do a; PA - Stick - Sprint - CD will also work most of the times.

you just need to play more mate, you'll get the hang of it sooner or later hopefully, landing CD isnt the easiest thing to do tbh. Practise!
