I'm somewhat bias.. but the NHS is a good example of how labour are a bunch of muppets tbh. Oh and education (education, education, education?)..

Probably stems from the fact that in the past, politicians were experienced, older men before they took a shot at government.. these days, most politicians are professional politicians - they've little experience, they're younger than most of the voters and all they do is work at getting elected and when they get there, they're friggin' clueless.

Hence why I'm planning to flee the country to Aussieland or New Zealand if things aren't much better by the time I qualify

Australia is just as bad, if not worse, and they're all going to die of thirst in the next ten years. New Zealand on the other hand, still has muppet politicians (where doesn't?) but no-one lets them get away with the shit we have to put up with.

Who are the british though? We are a bastard combination of german, french and scandinavian mixed in with the first settlers (picts, etc.) with a german ruling family (with a bit of greek these days) (remember almost all of our christmas traditions are german because of victoria/albert...)
