"You have exceeded your connecion limit" WTF?!

I'm on NTL 600k and i can go to a few websites..but then the images stop showing up! then after that.. i get "You have exceeded your connection limit"

Anyone know whats wrong?

i dint think ntl had cap limits on.

Go here and enter the proxy nearest to you in IE then try again I had the same problem its a problem with ntl:
