difference is that they will have every dna strip and fingerprint which will make it alot easier to accused wrongfully. besides it wont only be the police who will have the access. the ones creating the system will have access as well and that is something i find scary
There is already a national DNA and Finger Print Database looked after by the goverment. So various agencies can use it MI5 Police ect. I can't belive you think them having your dna means they will frame you. That is paranoid. It dose not make it any easier to be accused wrongfully now they will find DNA on the dead body and do a man hunt to find who did it. Instead they will search the database and say hey your DNA was on the dead body. You provide them with the reason they go on to the next lead. Our Police and Legal system do not work on a first finger print = guilty system. So having your info on file will make no difference.
