Yet again more Billing Problems ......

I have just recently fixed the problem as before when i tried to log into my account it just refreshed the page .

I dropped a letter to goa via rightnow and they said in the end "contact your PC technical contacts"
but the next day , suprise suprise it worked without me doing a thing .
Now, since FRIDAY & LAST WEEKEND i have been TRYING to pay my 1 month sub , last weekend i used my m8s computer since it couldnt log in via mine and this weeks via my computer .

And all i get is the msg

"Please wait (do not click on the 'back' button).
You'll be connected soon to our payment site."

In the end i had to click back or just cancel the window since it just hangs , i even left it alone for 1/2 an hour !
So then i go try do it again and i get a msg come back in 3 hours or something .

I CONTACTED GOA via RIGHTNOW over 1 week ago regarding THIS problem and another one - But still it precists not to go and goa do fuck all about it , they just ignored my last msg which i made on friday.

Seams alot of people have had this problem , COME ON GOA !
Kemor if you read this go smack goa's arses and get them in gear since they seam to be shugging away now at the slowest speed ever !

Well I have the same problem... It's been 2 days now, I just want to renew my account but I can't.


Damn you GOA is this a way to treath your custommers!!?? At least let us now whats the big problem and the ETA on it!
