im trying 2 roll a drood on hib/excal and running into some probs leveling!

There dont seem to be any groups of my level, most seem to be soloing / duoing and dont seem to need my mighty skills :< Also alot of people just seems to be plain rude, ive sent so many pm's to people over the last few days who havnt even bothered to reply. If the answer is no you could at least tell me :z

I have access to an account with a 50 chanter and 50 ani but i dont realy have a clue where to find pl groups. I asked about in DF mostly with the non-relpy problem. Id make a sighn up group but i dont rly know what setup to use

Basicly this could easily go in the newbies section but it is hib related and its on excal so i thought id wack it here :>

I guess when i hit ~40 i can xp in POC with ze arti xpers but atm im lv 30 and im a bit stuck.

so basicly im asking:

1. where do lv 30's xp in hib?

2. where do people regularly power level?

3. If i were to make a PL sighnup group what kind of setup should i use?

4. where can i find this bar?
