Two fold Problem I have a Win-Word Process that refuses to quit(as in I press delete or rightclick-end process and nothing happens)
also when I bring up task manager there doesn't seem to be any users logged on and most of the processes don't have an owner.
urm I have the free zone alarm and have scanned for virus' using norton (with auto-update).
