Ok, slight problemo, and there is probably a really easy way to fix this, but I can't be arsed. Basically the font seems to have disappeared somewhere resulting in this. I'm on XP for the uninitiated.
There is an option like that in Win2000 i think, called "Personalized Settings", if it is, just goto The Taskbar Properties and in there untick the option..
