A) There is no .13 micron part at the moment. Not till January.

B) Since an XP 1800 outperforms a P4 2gig which costs 300 quid more that would be a more fair comparison and the winner would seem more obvious. Don't think I'll consider P4 till Northwood now thx

I haven't seen a site that said the P4 was faster yet but I suppose they're all biased

Like I say, maybe when Northwood comes out it will be overclockable enough to make it better value if you do. At the moment unless your heatsink is prone to falling off I'd say the Athlon was better

Yup. I too have a KT7A-RAID (our systems seem strangely similar, Kenny :/) and you can download the BIOS update to allow an Athlon XP to work.
