XP icons

Any1 recommend any decent sites where I can replace my dull XP icons with cooler ones?

I know Stardock do "Iconpackager", but don't really wanna pay for a program just to change the icons

Which icons do you mean? If you mean the desktop icons such as My Computer and Recycle Bin you don't need a program to change them. Just Right-click on your Desktop, click Properties, go to the Desktop tab and click Customise Desktop. Click on the icon you want to change and click change icon, then choose your one.

standard windowz icons suck

there are plenty of cool ones about but you either need to get something like IconPackager from Stardock or use DesktopX to completely change the look of your desktop with widgets etc - eg:
