Xbox visual problems

Bought one a couple of days ago and have been generally pleased with it cept for one small niggle.

I don't know whether it's always there but not always visible or whether it's mucking up in certain place but during bit's of Splinter Cell with the real time lighting i've noticed a strange flicker on parts of the screen when i move the camera, like transparent lines breaking up the image slightly.

I have messed around with the back of the telly and Xbox but it's still happening, anyone got any suggestions? Could it be the cable (i'm using the one outta the box), interferance from something, Xbox itself? Any help much appreciated.

P.S it happens in both 50 and 60HZ mode

Its probably a glitch in there renderer. I would put money on it not being your console unless your getting similar gfx problems in other titles too.

Maybe someone else with the game will comment

Or email the developers, see if its a known issue. (you never know, you might get some free stuff to shut you up)

It would appear it is a well known problem with the game itself, not a huge problem just a little distracting in parts. Thank you everyone who offered suggestions.
