Gahhh, poxy MS....
So, for the first time since the fancy new dashboard, I turn on the Xbox for some pretty music streaming, and it tells me it can't find the PC.
I'm using Music Library (also Video Library gives the same) - NOT Windows Media Centre.
I can connect to Xbox Live, LastFM etc, but not my machine.
The PC to the router is wireless. The router to the modem & Xbox is wired.
It was fine before the update, nothing else has changed (that my puny mind remembers).
It picks up an IP address fine, and the MAC addy is set as an allowed device on the router (obviously, 'cause it connect and streams from the web.) it just communication with the PC.
The Xbox is an allowed device in the Windows Media Player/Library/Media Sharing, and the Music folder itself is shared for Everyone as 'reader'.
I've tested making everything cabled, firewall off, removing permissions, re-adding permissions, but I can't get them to talk.
Any ideas?
