Xbox 360 external storage question

Can i attatch something like this LaCie - Ethernet Big Disk

to my home network and save my xbox 360 demos on it or isnt it as simple as that ?

this 10gig hard drive is almost full up

buy the 120gig drive when it comes out shortly ..

I think you can maybe store stuff onto a usb stick like movies and stuff to stream but i dont think you can save stuff from market place etc to an external usb source they have to all be on the internal HDD

think you can have at the most a usb drive partitoned as fat 32 or somat. a few peeps have hd dvd to wmv ripps stored on an external usb hdd for play back on xbox scene
