xbow stats?

Just wonder what stats effect xbow damage and firespeed?

I assume dex for dps, but not sure on firespeed if it's dex or qui. Did xbow get also changed when the archer changes hit? What about ToA bonuses to max dps? Is there a good xbow to use?

Yeah, i'm thinking of rolling a(nother) comedy toon.

if i can help dex was determining also firespeed for archers as do on casters, about dmg I don't really know but seems DPS has still something to do, as xbow i like laby DoT procced one, normally decent dmg due to proc often
