I can just imagine doing a zoom-boom attack on some old grannies handback.

How fast can you go?
Do you need protection?
Is there epic x-treme sc8ter armor??

lol... play Ice Hockey... yeah ok whatever.
Strangely I don't skateboard and snowboard, I inline and snowboard... on top of mountainbiking.
Ice Hockey players tend to be the usual stereotype as american football players are in the US. Not generalising, but saying it like that I could apply this oh-so-proven-theory here.
Skateboarding's cool, I just tried it for one summer but then steered away, not my thing although snowboarding is.

I just find it immensly hilarious when someone says that hockey is some game that is for the "not-wusses" or "so-called-tough-guys".
I never understood where the whole inlining is poofters thing came from anyway. Doesn't make much sense.

Sure, one might call a death-defying sport a real extreme sport but some might think it's just plain stupid
Rock climbing without harnesses for example when you are some hundred meters up... eh.
Fun I agree, tried it a few times, but I'd never imagine doing it without safety precautions.
Great sport no doubt about it, some just take it too far imho.
