For both drops + 400p I would give the 2 rogs that make the following template possible with that vest (works for sm also) won't reveal here whats in the template but I will say it has zo and a fair bit of duration, its just not listed here because my sc calc wont list it for some reason, has about 16-17% duration also.

both rogs are 82+ util.

my wl nearly rivals that and is fairly cheap. I guess your using the caster ml10 hat and legs, + ml10 belt. zo, dragon bracer, 2rogs, dragon necky (since moh is non trade)... cant be far away from all your items ;p

Well it doesn't really matter now I deleted all my characters a few hours ago (it was probably the ME being bugged tho it showed the Albion ml10 legs it even had Realm: Albion wrote on them)
