Item can be attained from Hidden Maps quest but reward is random (See Allakhazam for other Jewels)

Thrust one:

Hits 21
Thrust Resist 12%
Cold Resist 12%

3x Resist one:

Body Resist 12%
Cold Resist 13%
Slash Resist 13%

Can pay a bit extra in cash since 3x Resist one is better Utility.
