I'll offer PL from 25-27 though (or 28 with all cash and loot going to me).

Hmm...well, I think you will be very hard pressed to find anyone on this planet who will PL you to 50 for just a hammer as a reward. You may find someone who will level you to 30-35 if you are lucky in return for the hammer but people expect to be paid mega-bucks for PLing from 35+.

People on hibernia/pry expect somewhere in the region of 18p + for 20-50 PL and albs are generally a lot greedier.
