i belive so, according to some ppl u can get a whole book from like 20 mins of farming will make pve a lil faster tbh

The characters can sell the existing versions of the non activated artefacts to any merchant or trade them for the complete story of the corresponding artefact by an Artifact Scholar in the Hall of Heroes.

you get the full book for arti you trade in ;x so infact! scalars artis are worth WAY more than scalars scrolls atm.... got 10 in vault and counting ;x

The locked versions of all artifacts will no longer drop from encounters.

Players will now only need to have encounter credit and the scrolls to receive the unlocked artifact. Players may sell existing versions of the locked artifacts to any merchant, or trade them for the complete book corresponding to the artefact by an Artifact Scholar in the Hall of Heroes.

So your wrong unless a gm has come to you and told you otherwise and thus lied to all of europe about the patch note
