I think you'll find the reason you aren't getting responses is that the GoV scrolls drop a lot more now, whereas the CB ones are hard to get (one scroll drops from rare spawns - there are about 2 on the Server, and they pop slowly - them being increased in pop rate is one of the nice bits of 1.83c).
